Community Relations

The Community Relations Division of the City Manager's office offers services to help residents and businesses engage with the City government. 

  • Provides public information and education about various initiatives. 
  • Manages the City of Bellaire's official social media platforms, website, and mobile apps, including OneBellaire App, SeeClickFix, Bellaire Collects, Notify Me, and PrepareBellaire.
  • Represents the City at community functions, meetings, civic organizations, and governmental groups.
  • Promotes City-sponsored and co-sponsored special events and activities through fundraising initiatives, marketing, calendar listings, and more.
  • Collaborates with Community Partners and maintains the community calendar.
  • Serves as the Public Information Officer during Emergency Operations.
