The Bellaire Culture and Arts Board is pleased to announce the 2023 Fall Arts & Crafts Festival! The Fall Arts & Crafts Festival will take place on November 11, 2023, at Paseo Park from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be artists from Bellaire, Houston, and the surrounding areas and delicious food from local restaurants like The 401 Table & Tap and Lankford’s.
