For almost 12 years now, Faraz has been one of the steady hands behind managing our infrastructure, operations, and day-to-day tech functions. He truly wears all the hats – problem solver, system guardian, late-night fixer, and resident “try turning if off and on again” expert.
Available around the clock, he keeps our systems running smoothly and our teams supported, all while bringing a warm, friendly attitude. Whether he’s troubleshooting a major issue or helping someone navigate a tiny tech hiccup, he does it with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
