Meet Shajuan Grimmit!
Shajuan is our amazing Athletics Supervisor in the Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Department. She’s the one who keeps our recreational youth sports programs running all year long. From basketball to soccer to volleyball, Shajuan oversees fun and exciting leagues for kids ages 5–15. Recreational youth sports are a fantastic way for kids to join a team, learn new skills, stay active, and make great friends.
Fun Fact: Shajuan is originally from sunny Southern California, but now calls Houston home. Her favorite thing about working for the City of Bellaire is that she gets to do what she loves every day!
