Join us for the 6th annual "Howl"-O-Ween Dog Parade on October 13, 2012 at 8:30 am. Dress your pet and yourself in your spooky best and join us in Bellaire Town Square as we parade around in the costumes and have a Howling good time! Prizes will be awarded to the top three best dressed pets, large and small, and an overall best group award. Please register in person at the Bellaire Recreation Center by October 12, 2012. $10 per pet. Proceeds benefit the Officer Lucy Dog Park in Bellaire. See you there!
