We have attached a copy of the ordinance for your information and convenience. In summary, the Ordinance states that the property owners and occupants are required to maintain trees, grass, shrubs, weeds, and brush on abutting street right-of-ways and easements in order to prevent unsafe, unsightly, offensive or nuisance conditions in the City of Bellaire.
