Stay Home-Work Safe

Consistent with the announcement, we encourage all Bellaire residents to stay home except for essential needs. 

Essential City of Bellaire Public Safety Services are being maintained.  These include police, fire/EMS, water, wastewater, solid waste and recycling collection services.  Support functions for these essential services are also being provided, even though City employees in those support roles will be primarily working from home.

All City facilities are closed to the public.  In the parks, all play structures, park equipment, tennis courts, dog park, and public restrooms are closed. Please practice social distancing in open park areas.

Bellaire City Library curbside pickup is suspended.  Online Library services will continue to be available while the Library is closed.

Please utilize our online and e-services for utility bill payments, permit submittals, library e-books, online police reporting and more.  We will continue to answer the phones, answer questions and provide customer service to Bellaire residents.
