COVID-19 News and Information

Public safety officials in the City of Bellaire are closely monitoring coronavirus news and impacts associated with this illness via regular updates provided by County, State, and National public health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The City of Bellaire is taking steps to ensure the continuity of essential city services in the event that this illness spreads to our community.

Please practice routine healthy hygiene habits to help prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses like COVID-19, such as washing hands frequently, covering coughs and sneezes, avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth, and staying home if sick.

COVID-19 Vaccine Information

We understand the increased interest in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.  While the City of Bellaire is prepared and approved as a vaccination administration location, we have not yet received a vaccine allocation notice.  Until the time comes for the City to receive vaccines for distribution to the public, we will provide information to help you find a location to receive the vaccine.

The City of Houston has been receiving shipments for administration to the public, but we cannot confirm whether they have any residency requirements.  Please check with the City of Houston directly for more information.  City of Houston
