The City Council of the City of Bellaire, Texas, adopted Ordinance No. 23-080 on November 6, 2023. Penalties, fines, or forfeitures related to a violation of the provisions of Ordinance No. 23-080 shall become enforceable not less than ten (10) days from the date of this notification (published in the Southwest News on November 14, 2023) or on November 24, 2023. The caption of Ordinance No. 23-080 reads as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELLAIRE, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 30, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, ARTICLE II, TRAFFIC-CONTROL REGULATIONS, DIVISION 5, PARKING, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BELLAIRE, TEXAS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDING A NEW SECTION 30-119, “RESTRICTED PARKING—ALL TIMES, SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY,” FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING RESTRICTED PERMIT PARKING IN THE 4400 BLOCK OF CAMELLIA LANE.
