Bellaire, Texas: The City of Bellaire, in partnership with the Flood Hazard Mitigation Task Force and Ardurra, our consulting engineering team, is developing a comprehensive Regional Drainage Improvement Program. This program aims to implement various drainage improvements to reduce the risk of flooding throughout Bellaire.
