Meet Earl Kugelmann!
Earl is the newest member of our Public Works family, joining us just two and a half months ago as Assistant Director of Public Works. In his role overseeing Streets and Drainage, Earl manages the daily operations that keep our city running smoothly—from maintaining streets and drainage systems to ensuring solid waste services stay on track. In short, he helps make sure our streets are safe, clean, and that trash and recycling get collected on time.
Fun Fact: Earl loves staying active and creative with hobbies like woodworking, fishing, and cooking. Originally from New Orleans, he joins us from the Southeastern Louisiana Flood Protection Authority. And between us… we’re secretly hoping to sample some of his famous Cajun dishes at the next potluck!
