Festivities will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a parade of local school bands, floats, scout troops, and classic cars all decorated in the spirit of July 4th. (Theme - My Country, 'Tis of Thee) Then be sure to stay and enjoy the old fashioned Fourth of July Festival in Bellaire Town Square immediately after the parade.
