Second Street traffic will be southbound only through the construction zone from Jessamine to Evergreen with temporary disruptions to maneuver equipment and material. The northbound lane on Second Street will be closed. Northbound Second Street traffic should go west on Evergreen, north on South Rice and east on Jessamine to Second Street. Detour signage will be in place. On street parking will be prohibited in the construction zone as there will be only one lane to travel in.
