The impacted areas are as follows:
Baldwin Avenue from Beechnut to Ione
4300 Block of all side streets crossing Baldwin
Storm Sewer Pipe, Sanitary Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation and CenterPoint Energy Gas Line Relocation Construction have begun and will continue. There will be sections of Baldwin that will be closed to traffic. Signage will be in place. Please follow the direction of traffic control devices for your safety and the safety of workers. Access to the 4300 block will be maintained for local traffic with periodic disruptions for maneuvering equipment and materials. Access for Emergency Vehicles will be maintained. Residents adjacent to Baldwin and in the 4300 block of impacted streets will be notified by the Contractor in advance of construction within their intersections. On street parking will be prohibited in the construction zone.
