A separate registration form must be completed for EACH person wishing to attend. All information below is required.

This course will be held in four sessions on February 12-13 and 19-20 2014. Registrants are required to attend all four sessions from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. The classes will be held at will be at Bellaire City Hall located at 7008 S. Rice Ave.

Cost is $25 per person payable by check made out to City of Bellaire and submitted at the first meeting on February 12th, 2014. Participants between 14 and 17 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian registered and attending the same class.

The minimum age to participate is 14 years.
