To Bellaire Residents:

The City of Bellaire has sent out the Annual Repetitive Loss / Severe Repetitive Loss Letters to all Bellaire residents in the 100-yr. Special Flood Hazard Area, Zone AE, not just to homes with a record of repetitive losses. FEMA requires this letter to provide information concerning flood protection, insurance, options and best practices because your property is in an “area” which has flooded several times in the past. We hope it is of some value to you toward mitigating damage – or outright preventing – future flooding. Thank you.
