The City of Bellaire Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a multi-year plan for major capital expenditures. It is based on the goals and objectives outlined in the Comprehensive Plan, City Council Strategic Plan, and operational needs.
Only projects for the current fiscal year are considered part of the adopted budget. Adopting the CIP does not appropriate funds for future years, but they are shown in future years as guidance for planning expenditures each year.
