Table Rentals

Table Rentals are available during normal operating hours in the summer season. Rentals may not be scheduled for holidays or holiday weekends. Please contact Amber Duarte at aduarte@bellairetx.gov for more information.

Summer 2026 reservations will open on March 3, 2026.

General Information

• All rentals are for a minimum of two hours and include two tables at the Bellaire Town Square Family Aquatic Center or Evergreen pool during operating hours only.
• Reservation requests must be submitted at least one month before the requested rental date. Payment must be complete two weeks in advance of the rental date.
• Rentals are available beginning the first day of the summer season, typically in June.
• No rentals on holidays or holiday weekends. No rentals during the off-season (September - May).
• Please see the aquatics page for holiday closures & modified hours.
• Table Rentals will be available for the following time blocks ONLY:
  • 10:30 am - 12:30 pm (Saturdays Only)
  • 1:00 pm-3:00 pm
  • 3:30 pm-5:30 pm
  • 6:00 pm-8:00 pm

Pricing

Below is the pricing for table rentals and admission for each pool. Pool admission is not included in the cost of a table rental. Wristbands can be purchased in advance for up to 25 guests. All additional admissions can be purchased at the door if the pool has not reached capacity. Proof of residency is required to receive resident pricing. 

Bellaire Town Square Family Aquatic Center 

All guests (except guests ages 0-2 years old) will be required to have a wristband for entry or pay admission at the door, regardless of whether or not they are swimming.

Evergreen Pool 

All guests (except guests ages 0-2 years old) will be required to have a wristband for entry or pay admission at the door, regardless of whether or not they are swimming.

Wristbands

• Wristbands can be purchased with a reservation for 10, 15, 20, or 25 guests at the regular pool admission rate based on the renter's residency status. Proof of residency is required to receive the resident rate.
• Wristbands will be given at the time of payment once paperwork has been signed and the full balance has been paid. Unused wristbands cannot be returned or used on a different date. Payment must be completed two weeks in advance for all table rentals.
• Admission must be paid at the door for any guests without a wristband. Guests must pay as they enter.

Inclement Weather & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance before the rental time.
• For inclement weather, rentals can be rescheduled (based on availability) or refunded if canceled in time.
